		<description>Thanks for writing a great article!  It is one of the best articles I have ever read! I have written a few article on eating nutritious foods and exercise for weight loss.  One of the articles I wrote, was about eating more fruits and vegetables and ways you can include them in your diet.  I have heard that having an alkaline body is very healthy.  I like your scientific explanation of why fruits and vegetables are alkaline foods and that we should be including 5 servings of these per day.  I also like that you touched upon when you start to eat more of these you will become healthier and more energetic and want to exercise.  Also, that you will be motivated to keep eating healthy since you like the way you feel now over the way you used to feel when you didn&#039;t eat these.

l also like that you didn&#039;t say to eat only fruits and vegetables.  Like you, I believe you have to eat a healthy balanced diet.  This is what I believe you were saying when you wrote that not all acidic foods are bad for you as in the example about whole grain rye bread which is acidic.  Eating acidic foods along with more alkaline foods will balance out to alkaline.  It is important people know this.  It is also good that you wrote about watching out for alkaline foods such as fruit juices that contain a lot of sugar, preservatives and artificial sweeteners which are not good for you.  Fruit juice should be made of natural healthy ingredients.

I do believe it is better to eat natural organic produce over processed vegetable powder.  Thanks for putting in the video.  It really showed me and am sure it will show other people that they need to do some research before wasting money on something that is crappy.
